Was at Orchard Rd yesterday & chanced upon this new super-long super-high escalator! Gosh.. Don't think I'd dare on step on it & even if I ever do, think I'll be too afraid to move & look around :)
Me super scared of heights.. Sigh!
This is the new Orchard Central. It also has several high escalators inside the building.
I ask for patience with bankers who think buyers aren't qualified, with buyers who think houses are overpriced, with sellers who think their homes are underpriced, and with appraisers who seem to want to ruin every sale I make.
Grant me the favour from landlords who want "perfect tenants", from tenants who seek "perfect homes" with low budget, and from agents who always refuse to co-broke.
Help me to understand why my CEO, supervisor and coordinator feel they need a percentage of every deal I make. And, Lord, would you help me convince IRAS that I'm not their sole support?
Give me the wisdom to know which car is good enough for my clients, yet not so good that they will think I make too much money.
And if I attain a million dollars in sales, please help my clients understand that I don't have the million in my pocket.
